We are currently looking for a Project-Based Junior Reports Analyst to support us, RingCentral: 

A Junior Reports Analyst in Talent Strategy & Analytics at RingCentral will work with the analytics team to empower the organization with the processes, metrics, tools and technologies to deliver and drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis. You will design and create business reports to gather insights into key data points based on its trends in collaboration with the other analysts. This role serves as the key liaison between our stakeholders and the teams that deliver these requests.

Business Reports Generation. Extract data from multiple job channel tools and online sources. Understanding the business impact of a role or the contribution they can make. Provide feedback/analysis based on data requests.

Recruitment Data Management. Data calibration and updates for assigned projects. Provide updates on recruitment tools used. Update recruitment/hiring data for various departments. Backup seats/projects from LinkedIn using the provided file generator.

Teamwork and Collaboration. Coordination with top management and various teams: Talent Branding, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development from US, Europe, and Asia.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Technology and Data Analytics related field:

Data Analysis: Able to build visualizations using Tableau, Excel and/or PowerPoint

Process Improvement Initiatives: Understand complex data sources and able to simplify it by creating relationships using common fields or identifiers 

Preferred Courses or specialization:

Statistics, IT, Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance

Desired Qualifications:

Analytical Skills. Company and market analysis knowledge (e.g. Company reports and financial statements). Knowledgeable on Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), Cube functions, and Data Relationship Structure. Able to create own templates (if needed). Able to create/build data-related executions using any of the following programming languages:

SQL/MySQL

Javascript

Visual Basic

Communication Skills. Good command in both oral and written English

Adaptable and Proactive. Multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail. Able to learn many different internal systems quickly. Able to work well under pressure, both independently and as a team. Able to think proactively and come up with solutions and ideas

Shift Schedule. Willingness to work in Ortigas on early morning shift 2AM-11AM

Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas
