Job Description

Responsible for cultivating and developing new / potential builder business in the Philippines market (focusing on primary and secondary cities)

Identify and Educate top 10 residential property developers and multipliers (e.g., architects, kitchen & interior designers) on strengths and brand values Bosch and Gaggenau

Consultative role on kitchen planning and specification of BSH Appliances

100% role dedication to BSH business by continuous growth of business relationships

Attain trustful co-operation with BSH SG DM team and current distributor partners in the Philippines to reach a market share of +30% in the mid term

Be the Go-To individual for property landscape news in the Philippines

QualificationsAt least 5-8 years experience in Project Channel or Key Account Sales/Business Development rolesStrong entrepreneurial business outlook, hunting instinct and sense of urgency.Proven network of contacts within the home appliances sector, particularly among key developers, kitchen trade, distributors and A&D communityStrong command of English and local TagalogSkills on Microsoft Office are essential; SAP skills would also be an advantageBusiness management experience within the home appliances, kitchen design or building industry is preferableMature and confident style of communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with multiple levels of individuals especially decision makersTeam player ability across different nationalities
