What you’ll be doing.Working within the Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for a Project Buyer to work closely with the projects team to select high-quality suppliers for one of our premium product lines.Understanding, challenging, and shaping the roadmap of the assigned product line regarding buying market relevant aspects.Creating and implementing an integrated project supply chain strategy in alignment with internal partners.Negotiating procurement conditions and contracts.Managing the full scope of Supply-Chain-processes including SAP based RFQs and purchase orders, tracking of order confirmations and securing material availability.Co-ordinating an efficient information flow between external and internal partners.
