WHAT TO EXPECT

 

The purpose of this role is to provide project support and co-ordination across a number of areas including project planning, stakeholder reporting, market compliance, training documentation, and general communications within Retailer Operations. This role will act as a central point of co-ordination to deliver a transformational, retailer facing system integration project    
    
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
 

Create and maintain a global roll out plan with input from multiple project stakeholders in line with strategic market approach Support project team in ensuring local GDPR / compliance requirements are understood, documentation completed and approval obtained in line with roll out plan Work on the reporting and presentation of key project updates to senior stakeholders as defined by the area Support the identification of opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on projects across the domain and help define best practices Collaborate with Digital Product Delivery Domain team to share best practice and process improvements to ensure efficiency of project management and delivery


WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 

Previous Stakeholder Management experience Previous experience of working in a Project Support/Project Coordination role Good understanding of project management principles Good communication and organisational skills
