We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project/Construction/Site Manager in Edmonton, AB to oversee the construction of multi-family housing and large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities Ensure project completion within timelines and budget Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Allocate resources efficiently and track inventory Oversee the compliance of construction activities with legal regulations and safety standards Conduct quality control checks and coordinate inspections Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients Resolve any problems that may arise and provide solutions to ensure project continuity
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role; minimum 5 years Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving aptitude Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred PLEASE NOTE: Only those eligible to work in Canada will be considered for this position and only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
