Job Description
This role involves leading and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives, execute strategies, and deliver successful project outcomes. The Project Consultant provides a high level of expertise, direction, and mentorship to ensure project excellence.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
+ Work with clients and stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and detailed plans.
+ Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols.
+ Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment.
+ Assemble and lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
+ Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality and performance standards.
+ Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and timelines, evaluating their impact and making adjustments as needed.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.
+ Identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop best practices, and optimize project management capabilities.
+ Collaborate with various departments and functions within the organization to ensure project success.
+ Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in project management and consulting roles, including experience with complex projects.
+ In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
+ A track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects.
+ Experience identifying potential project risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management protocols.
+ Engineering, Construction, natural gas expertise.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
+ Previous experience supporting utility industry preferred, specifically natural gas transmission or distribution projects.
+ Client-focused with a deep understanding of client relationship management.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office and 2 days remo
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
