DESCRIPTION :
L’activité de cette prestation se portera sur :
Assist the Project Manager to coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract during project execution phase are correctly addressed
- Review and analyse contract clauses and provide assistance regarding the interpretation of contractual clauses;
- Advice, draft and review the contractual correspondence related to Clients and Partners; and contractual communications to Vendors and Subcontractors
- Prepare and update relevant registers and reports
- Prepare variations of contracts and claims (including EOT, Disruption and acceleration claims) incorporating pricing, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects
- Support the Procurement Function in negotiating contract documents of purchase orders and agreements during project execution
- Maintain relevant records on behalf of Contractor
COMPETENCES EXIGEES :
Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le Titulaire devra apporter les compétences décrites ci-dessous : English Mandatory. Engineering (or dual Legal + Engineering) background preferable. Previous experience in the oil & gas industry, ideally on EPCI projects with several interfaces. Experience on FPSO/FPU/FSRU a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
