ANALYGENCE supports HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) with combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces. Support includes technical and subject matter expertise to develop and oversee policy for ACC flight operations, aircrew flying training, mission operations, and formal training programs.

 

Support efforts to project and manage annual Adversary training assets, budget and requirements for all 26 squadrons of the USAFWS.Maintain awareness, effectively project, and efficiently track funding to ensure sufficient availability and balance of assets with operational/training requirements while ensuring future weapons officers are provided the resources needed. This will include coordinating with all appropriate staff offices (e.g. MAJCOMs, COCOMs, etc.) to effectively develop required planning and programming documents.Occasional travel may be required.Secret clearance required7 years of MAJCOM level or higher experience with AF program management5 years of experience with USAFWS programs5 years of experience with the Manpower MPA Man-Day Management System (M4S)5 years of experience with fiscal planning/forecasting for POM, FYDP, and joint Strategic Planning systems5 years of experience with DEAMS and multiple funding sources (e.g. ARC, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, foreign countries, etc.)
