We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Control and Change Manager** to join our Abu Dhabi team! In this tole you will oversee and manage project controls and change management processes for a Infrastructure/utilities construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project within scope, schedule, cost, and quality while mitigating risks and implementing necessary changes throughout the lifecycle of the project **What You'll Be Doing:** ​ + Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change management and reporting for the entire project + Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to planning & risk staff, interface with clients, and attend regular meetings + Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools and monitor compliance + Provide guidance and direction for the resolution of planning and issues as they arise + Set-up Primavera Project Management System P6 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholders + Prepare the Integrated master programme for the project + Establish/deliver formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and project + Arrange project controls workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their project control issues + Review & challenge any claims and EOT requests + Review consultants & contractors programmes received and analyze them in line with the contractual requirements + Able to assess and analyze the impact(s) of design and construction changes and schedule slippages. + Coordinates execution of effective Project Risk Management across the project. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** ​ + Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management from a recognized institution. + Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience including infrastructure and distribution projects. + Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including change management and risk management processes. + Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Previous experience in Planning & Scheduling, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and Extension of Time Claims + Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulations. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project conditions. + PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
