About the Role
The CS Project Control & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks, quality assurance protocols, and process controls across business group functions. This role ensures that all project activities and business functions comply with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.This role is accountable in designing, implementing and maintaining projects/initiatives related to the Business Quality (BQ) Framework, Market Conduct Guidelines (MCG) and risk, audit and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will oversee risk mitigation strategies, conduct quality assessments, risk management, monitor project performance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall success of Corporate Solutions.
Project Governance & Compliance:
Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Establish risk control measures and compliance monitoring mechanisms to minimize project risks and improve decision-making. Define and implement standardized project methodologies ensuring consistency in project execution. Work with legal, audit, risk and compliance teams to ensure projects meet regulatory and contractual obligations. Maintain and update governance documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Quality Assurance & Process Control:
Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework. Develop and implement quality control measures to assess project deliverables and adherence to defined standards. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and process evaluations to identify areas of improvement in project execution. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for project deviations, ensuring continuous improvement. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to monitor project health.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks. Maintain a risk register and ensure proactive resolution of issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk controls.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Adopt best practices in automation and digital transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
Act as a liaison between project teams, senior management, and auditors. Provide governance and risk reports with actionable insights.
