Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor resource utilization to ensure efficient deployment and maximum productivity.Track and manage employee timesheets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review resource allocation status. Address any discrepancies or issues related to resource allocation or timesheets promptly.Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding resource-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.Monitor the projects KPIs.Assist in preparing project reports.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or a related field.0-2 Years of experience.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
