Your role and responsibilities• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy in balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.• Drive project cash flow optimization, revenue realization, and gross margin contribution in collaboration with the Project Management.• Manage currency risks, bonds, guarantees, and tax matters to ensure financial stability and compliance.• Participate in monthly project reviews, ensuring alignment with Project Controls and Planning/Scheduling teams.• Provide financial and commercial input during contract negotiations, risk reviews, and project execution planning.• Promote commercial awareness within project teams and ensure financial strategies are integrated into execution plans.• Foster collaboration across teams and functions to maximize results and improve financial performance.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACA, or CIA qualification preferred). 5 years of experience in project finance, operational finance, or financial controlling, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting. Strong expertise in project accounting, financial modelling, and risk management. Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with data analytics tools is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
