What you can look forward to as a Project Controller (m/f/d):

Drive project team towards committed financial targets, anticipate & identify potential FCM/GMP drops in an early stage, and support initiatives in case of cost gaps; Critical check of commercial customer & supplier contracts (volume & productivity clauses, FX & Raw material clauses, etc.); Ensure that responsibilities and ownership of project financials are clearly defined in the project team; Proactively evaluate the economic health of projects in the creation phase and until the start of production; Ensure the project team selects the most economic solutions, ensure that project approval is based on accurate economic projections;  Identify risks early, and support the project team in identifying, implementing, and tracking mitigation activities; Drive decision-making by asking the right questions, driving escalation via product line or via Finance function if necessary; Ensure accurate tracking of change requests (costing/pricing) within the project (change of requirements) & Push for maximum customer reimbursements by ensuring that invoicing is triggered when milestones are achieved.

Your Profile as a Project Controller (m/f/d):

Experience: 1 -2 years in accounting & reporting, familiar with IFRS,  + 3 -4 years in (at least ) 2 out of key Controlling areas (M&L, Material, R&D, Sales, Quality Cost); Managerial Courage & not shy - ask questions when others won’t; Escalate early in case of deviations whilst maintaining a good relationship with team members based on mutual respect; Open source mentality to exchange know-how within BlueBox & PjC team; Very good knowledge of Excel; Fluent English; German will be a plus; Be authentic - To be quirky is an asset; Curious - Constantly exploring.
