We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Service Project Controller Benelux & France. The CS Project Controller will be based in the Netherlands with hybrid working available. Our head office is based in Zaltbommel.   The CS Project Controller is responsible for establishing key controls, systems and process improvements to support the oversight of the ongoing Customer Service business for the countries Belgium, The Netherlands and France. Your tasks will include: Active management and consulting of ongoing CS business (maintenance and service) and smaller projects Organisation, implementation and active participation in the Project Progress Reviews (PPR) Identifying and analysing the causes of P&L deviations and developing improvement measures Establish key controls, systematics and process improvements to monitor the ongoing CS business Monthly closing and reporting; close cooperation with BU Controlling Determination of relevant data for financial accounting and financial controlling Ensuring data consistency between SAP and other tools such as CRM Plan, organize and prioritize own workload to ensure all deadlines are met Application Requirements What you need to succeed Degree in Finance & Controlling Relevant professional experience with Finance & Controlling Proactive, solution oriented and able to condense complex topics. Also stress resistant and able to manage high workload under deadlines English and Dutch is mandatory (level C1), French is nice to have.
