**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** Create and maintain projects, including financial plans, in Oracle Information extraction (running reports) from Oracle and Clarity Support forecasting and issuance of Project Invoices, Revenue Recognition and Billing Support project Cost control and performing within budget Issuance of requisitions and/or purchases orders, as required Support project closing activities in the business systems Support document control related activities Support logistics and export compliance related activities Provide, on a regular basis, project related information such as project schedules, costs incurred, progress reports and any other relevant project support information Participate in project administration and project planning controls improvements Use MSS Global Project Management Office processes (ensure our practices are within PMO guidelines). **Who You Are:** You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals optimally. **For This Role, You Will Need:** -Experience in a Project Administration role or Project Planning role. -Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Business Administration, Industrial Engineer and/or equivalent -Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
