In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create and maintain projects, including financial plans, in Oracle
Information extraction (running reports) from Oracle and Clarity
Support forecasting and issuance of Project Invoices, Revenue Recognition and Billing
Support project Cost control and performing within budget
Issuance of requisitions and/or purchases orders, as required
Support project closing activities in the business systems
Support document control related activities
Support logistics and export compliance related activities
Provide, on a regular basis, project related information such as project schedules, costs incurred, progress reports and any other relevant project support information
Participate in project administration and project planning controls improvements
Use MSS Global Project Management Office processes (ensure our practices are within PMO guidelines).
You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for leading work and measuring results. You set objectives to align with broader organizational goals. You maintain a track record of exceeding goals optimally.
-Experience in a Project Administration role or Project Planning role.
-Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Business Administration, Industrial Engineer and/or equivalent
-Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. (Access and SharePoint will be a plus)
-Proficiency in oral and written English skills
-Good communication skills due to collaborating with all levels of associates
-Experience with Oracle Business System, Transparency, MS Project or any other similar Software
