POSITION SUMMARY: This position will focus on coordinating all the ETC project related activities with the project managers. Then sending the results to the Project Accounts / Controllers in order to update Infor LN, document control processes, analyzing and summarizing data; preparing PowerBI and Excel reports; and creating training materials as needed related to this process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Pulling raw data from financial systems, packaging it into concise, informative reports, and collaborating and explaining the files to the Project Managers.Provide training as necessary to the PMs on the new developed tools and provide support as required.Assisting in identifying financial and operational trends.Creating reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.Prepare and submit accurate reports on issues founds during the ETC process for all Client projects.Analyze all contractual requirements and evaluate all contracts associated with projects.Special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or mathematics/statistics; or an applicable field of study2 years of related experience in an accounting or finance roleAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience with accessing and manipulating data from multiple sourcesProficient knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including Excel modelingExcellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skillsStrong desire to provide timely and accurate reportingExperience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationallyAbility to perform essential functions of the jobDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years’ experience with financial analysisExperience using Infor LN (Ideal but not limited)Experience using PowerBI reportWORKING CONDITIONS: When duties are performed in a typical office environment, extended periods of sitting at a desk and viewing a computer screen will be required. Also required is the ability to talk and hear, in person and by telephone; use of hands to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment; and ability to reach with hands and arms. When travelling to Client sites, essential requirements of this position may require physical presence in various environments and locations. Physical stamina may be required for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and/or working in cramped quarters. Exposure to potentially dangerous tools and equipment amidst a variety of building materials is probable, as is occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment can vary from being relatively quiet, to moderate, to excessive. Safety shoes or boots may be required in certain situations. Additional safety clothing including gloves, hardhats, and devices to protect eyes, mouth, or hearing, will be worn as necessary.
