**Project Controls Engineer**
**Abu Dhabi, UAE**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Controls Engineer** to join our team!

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Prepare high-level and detailed master project schedules for design and construction projects.
+ Validation of compatibility of assigned resources for timely completion of the project.
+ Generation of monthly Cash projection and resources histograms
+ Preparation of consolidated report on design and construction projects.
+ Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest/provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays during progress meetings.
+ Revise the internal schedule as per conclusions, modifications, or other alternatives to be taken by the management team and identify the impact on the internal schedule as a result of these actions/deficiencies.
+ Updating schedule and preparation of reports (weekly).
+ Preparation of monthly progress reports.
+ Participate in project progress meetings at the site.
+ Compilation of correspondences, drawings, and other contemporaneous records with coordination of project teams to prepare and analyze Extension of time claim.
+ Assessment of the contractor’s claim and finalization of the Engineer’s determination report.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Construction Project Management** from a recognized institution
+ Minimum **5+ years** of experience in planning and scheduling both engineering and construction activities, mainly in infrastructure projects.
+ Proficiency in scheduling software **Primavera P6.**
+ **Proficiency in reporting using Power BI, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.**
+ Good written and oral communication.
