MSI, A Tetra Tech Company, needs a Project Controls Engineer in New Delhi, India (live position, not proposal) for construction of 28 Acre $575M New U.S. Embassy Compound (NEC) with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.
The Project
Position Description
Manage operations of NEC project office as related to project's cost and schedule. Perform full range of project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite), cost management, schedule management (Primavera), change order management, and submittal management. Prepare reports, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and maintain daily construction log. Review construction contractor's monthly application for payment and advise NEC Project Director of findings.Requirements
US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher US Bachelors degree in Civile, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Architectural Engineering OR Current US PE License can substitute for degree (PE not required) Some Primavera experience (you don't need to be an expert) 7 years construction experience If neither a US Bachelors or US PE, an ABET Accredited international degree will be accepted insteadNext Steps
