Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to oversee our project controls team at the Y12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of schedulers, project controls analysts, and cost processing professionals. You will develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure program requirements are met, with a particular focus on weapons-related projects. ACTIVE Q CLEARANCE OR EQUIVALENT IS REQUIRED!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a project controls team, including schedulers, analysts, and cost processors. Develop and implement processes and procedures to meet program requirements and ensure effective project controls. Oversee cost processing and risk analysis to support project objectives. Utilize Primavera P6 and Web EV for project scheduling and cost management.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading project controls teams and managing scheduling, cost processing, and risk analysis. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and cost processing tools (Web EV preferred). Strong background in weapons-related projects and understanding of associated program requirements. Q-Clearance or equivalent DoD clearance is required.
