Project: Jet Fuel Hydrogen Project (95% Completion)
Location: Darwin, Australia
Contract Duration: 6-8 months (ASAP start)
Work Arrangement: Office-based, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist with knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems to oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking for the Jet Fuel Hydrogen Project. This role ensures accurate project controls for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts with a focus on E&I system activities. Monitor project performance, identifying risks and variances in E&I-related tasks. Prepare detailed progress reports specific to E&I system execution. Ensure compliance with industry standards for all documentation and controls. Coordinate with E&I teams to align project milestones with overall timelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project controls, with exposure to E&I systems in industrial projects. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), with a focus on E&I deliverables. Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of E&I processes. Availability to work in Darwin, with FIFO benefits provided if required.
