In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.Develop and maintain project workplan.Coordinate with necessary team members.Develop and monitor project metrics.Participate in project coordination meetings.Conduct project site visits if applicable.Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.Develop cost estimates.Perform other duties as needed.This is an on-site position, and only local candidates will be considered. Regular in-office attendance is required.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.A minimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.Strong project management skills.Strong decision making skillsWorking knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.Previous experience working on healthcare projects.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) The pay range for Vancouver, BC: $77,000- $110,000.
