Project Controls Specialist I

This position serves as the project controls management representative to ensure the Project Team's success. This position requires a detailed understanding of project management principles and practices. This position is Remote Must be able to support business hours of EST **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. + Supports overall project management systems implementation in the tracking, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of project costs, schedules, and key performance indicators on assigned project. + Tracks and provides analysis on costs, commitments, accruals, trends and changes to the Project Manager. + Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project. + Ensure project documents are complete. + Manages the Contracts and Procurement systems including Client Contract Administration, invoicing, issue of purchase order and subcontract agreements, subcontractor payment distributions, and project accounts payables. **Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no supervisory duties. **Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Accounting/ Finance, Project Management, Marketing, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Three (3) years of relevant work experience in Project Controls, Document Controls, Project Procurement (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) **V. Travel up to 20% is possible based on the assigned project requirements. The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $_68,000__ - $_82.000__. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
