This position will provide oversight, maintenance, and reporting of CBFO Participants Earned Value Data, (2) review and comment on various CBFO Project Controls submittals, (3) the preparation of the Federal Site Life Cycle Estimate (FSLE) and (4) serve as the Primavera Administrator for CTAC in Carlsbad. -The candidate may occasionally be asked to work more than 40 hours per week. -The normal work schedule is 4/10s. -The work is in the Skeen Whitlock Building in Carlsbad, and attendance at a meeting at the WIPP Site may be required from time to time. -No travel is required. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or Business related field. Expert skill level in P6 schedule development and analysis: experience in advanced DOE project controls processes, including cost analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, and the requirements of DOE Order 413.3B and the EIA-748 Earned Value Intent Guide. Primavera specific skills are to include (1) managing P6 Users, Security, and Licensing, (2) configuration control of coding structures, resource pools, calendars, Enterprise Project Structure, Organization Breakdown Structure, Security Profiles, and setting that are standards and global in nature, (3) as the P6 Subject Matter Expert, is the first responder to user issues and questions, (4) provides desk-side mentoring of new users as required, (5) monitoring data integrity and standardizing the archive/backup process, (6) acts as the point of contact to CBFO IT, and (7) is the point of contact for Primavera Help Desk Service Requests.
