HSE Specialist
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for the proper project execution in the area of Facility Management.The working time model for this position is: On site• Project management in the area of Facility Management (projects and sub-projects), adherence to objectives, responsibilities, task allocation etc.• Application of project management methods and tools• Responsible for the development and execution of the project schedule taking into account the client's requirements • Risk assessment and risk management as well as project budget management • Monitoring results of cross-functional teams, suppliers and business resources • Communicate between teams within the organization to identify cross-team development dependencies and cover risks at an early stage • Independently coordinate and monitor maintenance and inspections of fire protection equipment • Supporting the team in coordinating external services (e.g. general building maintenance)
Qualifications for the roleCompleted training as a state-certified technician, qualification as a fire protection officer would be desirableSeveral years of experience in facility management and project planning Experience with project management methods Experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft D365, MS ProjectVery good German and good English skills
