About the opportunity  

This Project Coordinator, Engineering and Sustainability Solutions role is accountable for the delivery of key projects and campaigns that enhance capability within network operations. This position sits within a team of four reporting to the Manager Engineering and Sustainability Solutions, within the Network Innovation group.

What you’ll deliver with us  

Whilst collaborating with business partners and stakeholders, you'll be identifying productivity and process efficiencies throughout the network whilst ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and operational plans.

You'll plan and implement projects that'll deliver sustainable and cost-effective capacity across the network, establish and maintain project budgets and reporting and ensure all projects of work deliver an improved experience for the customer.

You’ll also   

Contribute to the management of any capital expenditureEstablish and maintain project budgets and reportingRegularly plan, track and report on project progressAdhere to set project schedules

About you  

You'll have a background in transport and logistics along with project coordination experience. An understanding of automotive technologies, engineering principles, technology systems and processes that support operational efficiency will be beneficial for this role.

You’ll also need   

A track record of influencing business decisions through commercial insightsAn ability to lead and implement process improvement methodologiesAn understanding of workforce safety and compliance requirementsTo be able to influence and motivate others to achieve goals
