CS Project coordinator works with the region to assist with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. The CS Project Coordinator organizes projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Project Coordinator has to manage all projects related to the installation and removal of large bulk cryogenic and Carbon Dioxide storage tanks in Western CanadaSupervise Service Technicians who install and maintain the storage tanks and supporting equipmentCollaborate with the Inventory Manager to acquire parts for projectsFollow the strict Linde Quality Control Manual procedures to ensure that all projects conform to the applicable provincial jurisdictional code requirementsFacilitate open communication between customers, Account Managers and Service TechniciansAvailable to answer calls during non-business hours and troubleshoot problems with customers over the phoneEstimate and provide quotations to customers for piping service projects at customer’s facilitiesTrack and control costs for projects by working closely with the department financial accountant
