Description
The Project Coordinator applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to support the administrative management of the project. The Project Coordinator will perform tasks to consolidate project plans into project level schedule and consolidate reporting on project budgets (with inputs from Project Managers, Sponsors and Finance). In addition, the Project Coordinator will manage meeting scheduling, invitations and meeting minutes on behalf of the IVDR Project Team. Project Coordinator will also oversee all project and program documentation to ensure that agreed structure and versioning system is in place and being employed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible to understand the scope of the program and key projects.Create, maintain and distribute status reporting.Manage resource scheduling tools.Identify clear ownership within the program team for any identified tasks, ensure that team members receive action plan and follow up on actions until closure. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of objectives and goals.Track progress and review project plans with the Program Team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.Proactively escalate any risks/issues to Program Leaders that require attention.Follow PMO policies, procedures and methodologies.Other duties may be assigned by the Program Director/Manager as per program requirement.Guide the project team through the process to assemble financial reports.Work with Project team to get site projects off the groundRepresent ARDx ID PMO in the IVDR ProjectUnderstand training needs and schedule training events where relevantPrepare slide decks for project team meetingsParticipate in hosting project team meetingsProvide administrative support to the Program Leadership. Create, manage and distribute meeting minutes and actions, assists with travel needs, leads purchasing tasks.Organize, plan and schedule meetings and calls required by the program.Work in setting up project toolsWork on the Project Core team as a member of the PMOEnsure expensing for project is available for all team membersDevelop generic documentation as required for the projects which can then be adapted by project teamLiase with functions to get resultsMaintain the project central information storage facility platformPrepare highlight report for the project when requiredWork independently and with teams to achieve outcomes and resultsCore Competencies

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.PRINCE2 Foundation or CAPM (PMI) certificate preferredExperience
