Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Utility Coordinator to join our growing Utilities team in West-Toronto at 175 Galaxy Blvd. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in utility coordination while contributing to transformative transportation projects.
In this role, you will support planning, design, and coordination phases for utility relocations involving gas, hydro, water, telecom, and wastewater infrastructure. You will work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to reviewing utility data, assessing subsurface utility engineering (SUE) work, engaging with utility companies, and solving utility challenges.

Role Accountabilities:
As a Junior Utility Coordinator, you will assist in:
Qualifications:
Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of experience in utility coordination or related roles in Metrolinx, MTO, or municipal projects. Exposure to design software such as Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and Bentley products (MicroStation, InRoads/OpenRoads). Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Continue your career journey as an Arcadian.

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
