Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving Virus Clearance Service to the Chinese market and executing project management of virus clearance study, including finding leads, approaching customers, making quotation, promoting cooperation to convert opportunities to orders efficiently, following the whole process of project until deliver results, and maintaining good customer relationships for further long-term cooperation. The holder of this position can make quotation, visit customers to provide supports of basic technical consultancy and regulatory requirements on Virus Clearance Service, initiate and cooperate with sales and marketing to promote Virus Clearance Service independently with high quality. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Part 1. Project management internally + Handle the whole process of VC project from the point when the contract is signed to the point when the project is completed with invoice. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Ensure completion of VC projects effectively under consideration of complexity and time advised via coordination with sales team, customer, and VC lab. + Maintain the internal project management, including tracking customer list and optimize workflows continuously. + Understand contents of the regulations clearly and update information of related regulation from the drug regulatory agencies (NMPA, FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.) + Handle internal training for FAS and sales to promote VCS and give supports independently. + Communicate and update information with global sites to promote the VCS development. + Finishing the related work assigned by the supervisor. Part 2. Project management externally + Effective customer visits, including understanding customer needs, discovering customer pain points, providing VCS solution with basic design and regulation. + Hold external trainings for customers and related institutions with high quality. Qualifications & Skills: + Graduate in biotechnology, microbiology, biology or equivalent (work experience minimum 3 year) with bachelor’s degree or above + Basic concept of GMP and GDP + Good in English (writing, reading, and speaking) + Team-oriented open-minded communication skills + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Customer and service-oriented attitude + Self-sufficient, target oriented and self-motivated work style with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
