Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, based on relevant experience

This position is primarily an office-based position with some travel anticipated.

JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional seeking to advance a long-term consulting career. With a strong foundation in technical expertise and exceptional written communication skills, this individual will contribute effectively to various environmental consulting projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:

Reviewing field inspector and resource specialist daily inspection and survey forms.

Synthesize and communicate permit stipulations and requirements

Track and organize permit processes and status

Assist in coordinating with subject matter experts across disciplines to ensure high quality analysis, adherence to schedules and budgets, and compliance of administrative documents

Managing action item trackers

Assist in scoping out tasks needed to complete the project and meet the client’s needs

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, field surveys, conducting investigations, and assisting in managing subcontractors

Maintain accurate records of project activities, data, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership

Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associated degree in environmental science, biology, business or similar

Excellent planning and time management skills

Ability to perform work duties independently or in a team setting

Clear communicator, highly organized, motivated, thorough, accurate, and dependable

Note-taking ability

Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and agency representatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical report writing experience highly desirable

Familiarity with typical construction, utility operations and maintenance activities

Ideal candidates for this work will possess a degree in biology, environmental studies, or natural resource management and can work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ESRI GIS applications (including desktop, ArcGIS, Field Maps, Survey123, etc.)

Ability to interact and coordinate with state, federal, and tribal agencies in a professional manner
