Job Title: Project Coordinator – Commercial, Neurology

After building a successful franchise and a strong leadership position in MS, the US Neurology team is at an exciting point where the team will be launching a new MS disease-modifying therapy in 2025. This will involve hiring and building out a new field team to support this launch. The individual supporting the US Neurology leadership team will provide support and coordination across the business, the marketing teams and the commercial field team.

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, US Neurology, the Project Coordinator will be multi-tasking as they toggle between administrative and project duties. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will work on the following:
Manage calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting minutes, offsite and onsite meeting planning, slide decks and additional responsibilities as needed
Provide administrative support to the designated team leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements
Assist in coordinating and executing various projects and meetings, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional team and leaders to facilitate project planning and execution
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain project documentation and records, as needed for maintaining compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the team and schedules to help streamline the day-to-day business for the GM
Manage document repositories including shared drives, SharePoint sites, and Teams sites
Update HR roadmaps and dashboards (culture, talent, performance & reward) with guidance from the team

Qualifications:

Strong administrative and computer skills, specifically MS Office

Achievements:
High School Diploma or GED and 6+ year's administrative experience or Bachelor’s Degree
Successful track record of organizing, decision making, problem-solving and navigating within a large organization
Experience working within complex multidisciplinary teams and with senior leaders in a large organization a plus
