Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our most prestigious accounts in Midland, TX,  The Construction Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager and works with the operations management team providing technical and administrative support. 50% travel is required for this role 

What You'll Do Maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.Supervise and direct the work of contractors with task assignments, monitor performance, and provides safety training and guidanceManage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondenceAssist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid/proposal processesCoordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action itemsSupport project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentationExecutes day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of a facility What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years
