Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and directing activities and personnel associated with small to large-scale projects, focusing on non-IT business applications and disciplines. This role involves overseeing all aspects of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects throughout the Full Project Life Cycle. The Project Coordinator collaborates with project sponsors, business units, and users to define project scope and focus, develop and monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools, and ensure project success. The goal is to deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within the defined budgets and timelines, providing expert guidance and support proactively through to project completion, and offering tracking, reporting, and presentations to management and users.
ResponsibilitiesManage and direct activities and personnel associated with projects.Oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus.Develop and monitor project initiatives and implement project requirements, plans, processes, and tools.Assign, guide, and monitor project staff to assure project success.Deliver quality solutions to business problems within defined budgets and timelines.Provide expert project guidance and support proactively.Track, report, and present project status and outcomes to management and users.Essential Skills1-6 years of experience in project coordination.Experience in scheduling meetings, project planning, and defining project scope.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience managing and directing activities and people associated with non-IT business applications.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
