Project Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee system administration and support HR and payroll operations. This role involves optimizing workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring system accuracy to enhance organizational efficiency. Located in Irving, Texas, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure HRIS platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and security settings to support HR and payroll processes.
• Perform consistent data audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee records.
• Assess and refine system workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing updates.
• Lead people operations initiatives, driving projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to support operations, payroll, benefits, and recruitment functions.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and contribute to compensation planning and merit-based processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system enhancements align with organizational goals.
• Provide troubleshooting and critical thinking solutions for system-related challenges. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as Vantage, Workforce, or Paycom.
• Proven track record in leading system enhancements and improving workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like IF statements, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated analytical skills for data evaluation and reporting.
