Description
Are you an organized and detail-focused professional with strong communication skills? Our client is searching for a Project Coordinator to help our team execute and deliver projects efficiently and on schedule. You'll play an integral role in organizing resources, tracking tasks, and ensuring the seamless coordination of project-related activities while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the planning and execution of projects by coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
+ Communicate and collaborate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
+ Track project progress and report status updates to project managers or leadership regularly.
+ Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, meeting notes, and schedules.
+ Identify potential risks or delays and suggest solutions to keep workflows on track.
+ Prepare presentations and reports for team meetings and client updates.
+ Manage logistics for meetings, events, and other project-related activities.
+ Provide administrative support for team members, helping ensure processes run smoothly.
Requirements
+ 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related administrative role preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Detail-oriented and process-driven with a proactive approach to solving issues.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred but not required.
