Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this long-term position, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects and ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, tasks, and deliverables. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Service Intake and Order Management + Monitor incoming service requests. + Review service orders created by salesman. + Manage and convert service intake requests into work orders. Service Task Execution + Monitor and track progress of work orders + Create and tasks to technicians as necessary to complete work. Notification and Documentation Oversight + Monitor notifications and alerts daily to remain aware of updates or issues. + Review the order acknowledgements to verify accurate documentation is uploaded and accessible. Scheduling and Coordination + Assist in scheduling and rescheduling service events to ensure efficient utilization of technician resources. + Help maintain an organized, updated service schedule in collaboration with the Service Manager. Requirements • Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules. • Familiarity with project processes and requirements. • Strong skills in master scheduling and organizational planning. • Proficiency in scanning and document management. • Knowledge of service request and work order management. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
