Project Coordinator
MAU is hiring a Project Coordinator for our client in Greer, SC. As a Project Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate all plant activities related to the implementation of product packages. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive improvements to systems and processes, enhancing overall project efficiency. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Benefits Package Competitive compensation package Major medical coverage, including dental and vision 401k with employer matching Term life Short-term disability Accidental loss Uniform allowance Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunity for advancement Shift Information 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience Associate’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field, AND 2+ years of equivalent experience, OR 6+ years of related professional with associate’s degree Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain related field, WITH 4+ years of related professional experience Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain related field, OR 5+ years of related professional experience, OR Master’s degree, WITH 3+ years of related professional experience All related professional experience should contain at least 3+ years of project management/team leadership positions, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or engineering-related functions 3 - 5+ years of project management or team leadership experience, preferably in supply chain, engineering, or logistics functions 3 – 5+ years of technical, engineering, or supply chain experience 3 – 5+ years of Microsoft Office skills 1 – 3+ years of planning or organizational skills as proven through business application SAP experience General Requirements Advanced interpersonal and communication skills as proven through business application Flexibility within the department regarding job assignment Preferred Requirements 1 – 3+ years of business or technical experience with knowledge of specific functional area Intermediate German language skills (written and oral; required for consideration for an international assignment) Essential Functions Process and evaluate BBM content for plant relevance, impact, accuracy, and completeness; initiate subsequent corrective actions when necessary Coordinate and manage the implementation of relevant changes with all affected departments, including process partners in Germany, to determine the impact of the change and the earliest possible implementation date and forums (WPT, Projektsteurkreis, Freigaberunde, etc.) Provide regular updates of all open issue statuses to the supervisor/project leader to ensure all activities are completed on time and within the target framework Provide support to process partners concerning BBM content issues/questions Provide guidance/training to process partners on the Launch Management systems and processes Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to improve the systems/processes within the Launch and Change Management department Assume responsibility for additional special projects Perform other tasks as required #PS
