Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of deviation management processes in all department Initiate and follow up sustainable problem solving process for recurring deviations Ensure Project Cockpit up-to-dateness and completeness Foster continuous quality improvement of Project Cockpit data Provide accurate and timely capacity utilization overview Lead diverse smaller internal improvement processes (improvement of forecast logic) Support implementation of LEAP methodology in Project Management Department Take over Net Promoter Score management in OTC phase Improve and/or establish general working procedures within the Project Management in close cooperation with global Project Control Office Build up and strengthen team culture with team activitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and above At least 2 years work experience in Finance/Controlling, Project Management or Order Management preferably in manufacturing companies Critical thinking, solution oriented, business acumen, sense of urgency, lean thinking, striving for change, self-disciplined International study/work experience is highly beneficial Experience in internal project leading Fluent English communication skills Mainstream ERP/reporting systems Good communication and explanation skills Ability to work independentlyResponsibilities:
