Project Coordinator
Job Description

This is a key position that supports our line of business initiative to implement new business and add on technology. The person will be one of the primary IT point of contacts for Corrections and will help facilitate the setup, implementation, roll out and support of the applications.  This person will maintain open communication with all stakeholders to include IT management, operations and our clients to ensure system and process alignment.

Qualifications 2-5 years of related IT or Operations experience.BA/BS degree preferred Applicant should have experience with the using MS Office Tools - Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to be part of multiple projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity. Ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively cope with change. Ability to work well with staff across support, functional and operational teams.Builds and maintains strong working knowledge of Corrections software applications including CORE Warehouse, Signature Capture, Mobile Cart and iCare. Develops a basic understanding of the industry and the products and services of Aramark.  Has a solid understanding of how systems effect and benefit clients.Trust Fund/Accounting experience preferred.Prior experience with Corrections technology solutions a plus.Excellent communication skills and capable of effectively communicating software applications and desired results at all company levels. Candidate will be expected to interact with both client staff and Aramark staff, relay the expectations and goals, train end users on software use and provide status updates throughout the project duration. Communication skills also demonstrated through writing of end-user guides or manuals.Experience conducting training in large groups as well as one on one for all Corrections proprietary applications.Analyzes systems and processes from end to end, assessing how information/systems are managed and used from multiple perspectives.  Frequently enlisted to address complex cross-technology and cross platform issues often times working with multiple third party vendors to ensure application success from project start up to implementation. Evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and finding a way to incorporate the components business practices with the software features.This project will focus on the implementation of Corrections suite of application and vendor integrations across Corrections. With minimal support, this position will require information gathering, conference calls, setup and configuration, application roll out, training and follow up at desired target dates to ensure successful implementation.Education About Aramark
