Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is an on-site, administrative position that supports the Project Manager, as well as our sales and builder team. This key position contributes significantly to the project's organization and efficiency. It requires someone who is a team player that will be able to work closely in support of the team, as well as customers and vendors.

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Process contractsManage/apply for various permitsCoordinate meetings and team eventsMaintain accurate electronic files for each homePrepare reportsPay invoices and utility billsOrder suppliesOther support as needed
QualificationsPrevious construction and/or home building experience preferredExperience with permitting process a plusHigh attention to detail and ability to deal effectively with numerous phone calls and interruptionsDrive to get results from vendors, subcontractors, and managementExcellent time management skills to complete multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environmentStrong follow-up and organizationProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exposure to JD Edwards beneficialSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a dynamic teamStrong customer service skills
