Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Khoros, you will be a key resource in our Global Project
Management Office, ensuring that our Project Management team has the support they need
to deliver successful project outcomes. Are you organized, articulate, and detail oriented? Can
you manage multiple priorities? Do you have scrum experience, the ability to break down
complex scope into bite-sized stories, and can follow and improve existing implementation

We are seeking an individual who will fulfill the following responsibilities on our team:
Initializing projects by reviewing scope and creating stories and project schedules for our
PMO, assisting with administrative responsibilities regarding staffing and capacity planning,
and following up with project team members to ensure compliance with specific project
management initiatives.


Responsibilities

● Reviewing Project Scope, Estimation efforts, Salesforce project associated data and
breaking it down into manageable Jira Stories
● Communicating with Project Owners and Team Members on new projects & staffing
assignments
● Monitoring project tasks and operational procedures to ensure compliance
● Identifying and sharing out-of-compliance metrics to Management. Noting down these
incidents and analyzing ways to improve the processes.
● Updating and maintaining process documentation and suggesting improvements to
product SKU’s documentation shared across the org.
● Assist in preparing budget forecasts, charts, and spreadsheets

● Completing administrative activities for the Professional Services team
● Lead smaller PMO projects
● Participating in high priority initiatives as needed

Requirements

- Exp. 2-4 years in a SaaS based org.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Super organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to independently manage (and context switch) between several responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong flair for technology and technology solutions
- Mastery of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to work EMEA hours

Plus: Experience with Jira and story creation for technical developers
Plus: Experience with SmartSheet, Salesforce, Google Apps
Plus: Hands-on project management experience
