Project Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of the RealPage platform. The Project Manager partners with each assigned customer to understand their desired implementation timeline then creates a deployment schedule to meet that timeline. The Project Manager works with each Implementation resource assigned to the project to ensure the RealPage products are scheduled to deploy concurrently, and as efficiently as possible.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing weekly updates to the customer via email on the status of the project.  This includes the agreed upon deployment schedule, as well as the status of the deliverables needed to deploy each product.  The Project Manager will streamline the deliverable collection process and provide a comprehensive update on what has been received and what is still outstanding.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee deployment/implementation of RealPage products for assigned clients Manage project management plans for Add-on and SMB Customers Partner with RP implementation resources to provide a streamlined onboarding experience Create consolidated deployment schedule Provide deliverables tracking across the RealPage solutions Provide weekly project updates to customers via email

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience within industry Proficiency with MS Office Tools Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously One year of proven effectiveness leading and facilitating meetings Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform effectively under pressure Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift Schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Onsite, Home or Hybrid)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Understanding of and experience with multifamily industry operations and marketing Knowledge of RealPage products and platform features, integrations and best practices
