Project Coordinator

Ensure exceptional execution and rollout of some of Gallup’s most influential and important learning and development initiatives.

As a project coordinator at Gallup, you will register projects, determine priorities, and establish and track milestones to make sure that the multiple projects you coordinate stay on track. Each day, you will perform a variety of tasks to position resources and people for optimum productivity, efficiency and quality. Your ability to find innovative solutions to obstacles and your talent for communicating effectively with clients and internal teams will help us provide the world-class deliverables that our clients expect and deserve.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree earned from December 2024 or earlier required Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required The ability to work at the Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days per week required Project management or event management experience preferred; experience may be from professional work or in a volunteer capacity through community or college experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $55,000-$70,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience, skills and geographic location.
