We are seeking a detail-oriented EHR Project Coordinator to support the implementation and optimization of our Electronic Health Records system. The ideal candidate will assist in managing projects related to EHR deployment, integration, and user training, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational goals as well as lead some smaller implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist project managers in developing and executing EHR implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to facilitate communication and address project-related inquiries.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user requirements, meeting notes, training materials, and progress reports.Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory compliance.Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions for end-users, providing support and resources to enhance system adoption.Issue Resolution: Identify and address challenges related to EHR functionality and user experience, escalating issues as needed.Budget Assistance: Support project budget management by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or EHR systems (1-3 years preferred).Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and EHR standards (e.g., HIPAA, Meaningful Use).Excellent organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Certinia / Salesforce and Financial Force) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical and technical staff.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $58,000 - 87,000
