Description Project Coordinator (3-Month Contract) Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to support a 3-month project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the project's success. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Project Coordination:Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking. + Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. + Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks or delays. Administrative Support:Manage project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. + Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. + Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. + Prepare and distribute project materials and updates. + Provide general administrative support as needed. + Communication:Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. + Maintain clear and concise communication channels. + Resolve administrative issues and inquiries promptly. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience in administrative or project coordination roles. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Attention to detail and accuracy. + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
