Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and providing support to the operations team in executing projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee projects related to Fire Sprinkler systems, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Working closely with Project Managers and the Sales team, the Project Coordinator will provide support for monthly billing. Create and maintain all project documentation, plans, and reports, as needed per contract speciļ¬cations in ProCore. Maintain documentation compliance for projects: Lien Waivers, OCCIP Enrollment, Wage determination for projects. Communicate with Project Managers and SBS to ensure submittal and accuracy of pay applications. Coordinate and interact with internal groups and functions, including Sales, design, project managers and branch managers for project communication. Attend WIP meetings with the operations team. Reconcile Project costs and company credit card transactions into Concur. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Submit Pre-qualifications for General Contractors. Work with AR team on aging accounts. Process Service billing in E1. Other duties as required
