**This Opportunity**
WSP is currently looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our **Tallahassee, FL** team to support numerous projects under multiple contracts WSP currently holds with various federal and state clients, the bulk of which are under contracts with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Petroleum Restoration Program, Bureau of Waste Cleanup, and Division of State Lands. This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as the Project coordinator for current and future project(s);
+ Track all Work Orders received from clients;
+ Develop program/project deliverables spreadsheets and coordinate with PMs to ensure project deliverable schedules are maintained;
+ Assemble and prepare all client invoice backup documentation;
+ Prepare purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors working on program projects;
+ Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to address invoicing and payment issues;
+ Direct interface with the WSP Project Financial Accountants regarding client invoicing, payments, and the monthly project billing cycle;
+ Preparation of Health & Safety Plans;
+ General project support tasks including daily shipping and receiving activities;
+ Review and QA/QC of technical data associated with reports;
+ Complete inventory of field and laboratory equipment/supplies, ordering when necessary;
+ Visible support resource for knowledge of WSP Oracle Fusion systems and protocols with Project Managers and other personnel; and,
+ Provide non-technical document review, proof-reading for accuracy, completeness, compliance with corporate policies, formatting adherence, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma
+ 3+ years of experience
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other Microsoft Office software
+ Detail oriented with strong ability to track, schedule, and multitask
+ Follows company safety standards and guidance
+ Self-motivated with a hands-on attitude
+ Capable of reliably working independently and with a team
Preferred Qualifications
+ Familiarity and practical working knowledge of Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Petroleum Restoration Program, Bureau of Waste Cleanup, and Division of State Lands contracts, projects, and invoicing requirements.
