Our experienced professionals will help you develop the right skills to become a Project Coordinator at KONE.
Step by step you will be accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of major installation projects. You will learn how to plan, direct and coordinate the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. Your primary objectives is customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

The key activities that you will learn:
You will manage major installation projects
You are accountable for the project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives
You are accountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the project
You ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE supply teams
You ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer
You are responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions
You are accountable for the project’s financial planning and forecasting
You are responsible for actively driving the Sales-to-Operations handover, accountable for handovers to Customer and Field supervisors as well as project closing activities
You plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences
You create and maintain safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project. You ensure KONE's and Customer’s safety and security policies are followed
Who are you?
You hold a Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Electro mechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, a working knowledge of French is a plus.
You have commercial feeling and interests
