Assistant Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Washington, NJ

Our client is a small family-owned company that has been in business for 25 years. They work on a variety of services like excavation, concrete repairs, welding, and MEP. They have high-profile clients such as DPR, IPS, Lendlease, Structuretone, and Berkowsky and Associates. They are looking to bring in a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support their ongoing projects.

What you'll be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing project documentation and coordinating documentation revisions and distributions.Preparing standard project status reports for the project delivery team, client, and management, including status updates, budget, schedule, and risk.Coordinating and scheduling meetings and communication plans regarding projects among the team and/or client.Coordinating and obtaining vendor quotations for processing.Assisting with project administration deliverables such as meeting minutes, budget tracking, schedule updates, and move management.

What you need:

2+ years of construction administrative experience.Proficiency in Procore (change orders, RFIs, submittals).Proficiency in QuickBooks.Experience with contracts and invoicing.

Opportunity to work directly with the owner and another assistant.Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Located in a job trailer.Gain experience with high-profile clients and a variety of services.

Work Environment:

This is a safety-sensitive position.Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00
